A query entered in a search tool is sent to the third-party company that operates that tool. Forest County Criminal History does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems.

No Criminal-Record Data on File
Forest County Criminal History does not maintain, compile, or sell a personal criminal-record database. It publishes general directions to Forest County and Pennsylvania custodians, including the Clerk of Courts, Pennsylvania State Police Central Repository, Pennsylvania Department of Corrections, and Pennsylvania Megan's Law Public Website. Visitor data is not assembled into consumer reports. The site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies supply the search boxes found on some pages. A partner's privacy policy, retention rules, and data-sharing terms apply to information entered in its tool. Review those terms before submitting a query because this site does not control the partner's practices.
Links to Other Websites
Links lead to Forest County offices, Pennsylvania court and agency portals, statutes, and outside services. Once a visitor leaves this site, the destination's own privacy terms govern. Advertising providers may also use their systems to measure activity across websites.
